‘We wanted to build our asset base for our retirement and being a builder, my husbands natural leaning was towards property. Recognising that there are professionals that can package investment building investments that were more economical that us building our own we started to look at what was available in this market.
When first meeting with our Coach from Investor Property we were presented with a strong long term strategy based on our available equity in our current assets. This was just the beginning. We then looked at possible investment options, detailed financial projections were provided and based on all the information presented we went ahead and undertook the building of two properties.
The feature that really caught our attention initially was that the properties were costed to “Rent Ready” stage which meant that we did not have to do anything to prepare the property for rent , or sale.

Through their rentals area (IP Rentals) Investor Property secured us tenants before the property was even handed over to us. And still our coach and the team are walking us through every stage.
To us the icing on the cake was the personalised web page where we could track the progress of our property as it was built – updates on each stage with photos. Not required but a really nice bonus!
