How Does it Work?
Once you’ve decided to purchase an investment property through Investor Property, you will be offered the option to take up our Rental Assurance Program.
Simply put, once you sign up to our Rental Assurance Program and agree to a start date, the rent on your property, your rental income, will be paid week in and week out for the next 10 years regardless of vacancy and arrears.
You will have the confidence that comes from knowing that the agreed market rent for your property will appear in your bank by the 5th of the month, every month, for the next 10 years and all for an investment of just $15 per week + GST!
If you have more than one property, it reduces to just $10 per week + GST for the second and $5 per week + GST for the third and subsequent properties onwards.
