I met Mal and Matt by chance as a walk-in to their display office. ​I was searching for a property that would pay for itself, be comfortable should I decide to move in, and would go up in value. Originally, I thought an apartment was my only option and, although they could have sold me one on the spot, Mal and Matt took the time to ask me ‘why’ and ‘what’ my end game was for this property purchase. With this in mind, Mal and Matt invested the time driving me to multiple sites and options across the coast. After much discussion, and follow-up from Matt, I settled on a townhouse in Wurtulla and I couldn’t be happier. The Sunshine Coast is running hot, and by getting the first one right I now have options for my next purchase with the equity already achieved.
After-sales support has been great e.g. recommending a partner for depreciation schedules etc (I checked the fees with my account first and he told me it was more than competitive) – simple things like this made easier so you don’t have to go and find someone yourself.
Finally, and most importantly the product was what they promised so I’m more than happy.

I first came across Investor Property on a sponsored ad on Facebook for Rhythm on the Beach. I sent through an enquiry, which they responded to shortly after with a phone call. From the first time we spoke, I felt comfortable and didn’t feel like it was all just a pressured sales pitch.
I was then sent all the very detailed information on the future of the Sunshine Coast infrastructure along with the potential growth figures for the Rhythm project. After doing my reading I had many questions which the team was able to answer with total confidence, which was very reassuring.
I then decided to go ahead with my first purchase. A few months later I already started to see things moving in the right direction (as I was told they would from day one) and after another discussion with both Matt and Mal, I decided to purchase a second property. Both of our properties were on lease back agreements with a very good return. By the time the units settled the returns were very close to being positively geared from the word go. Â Even during the Covid pandemic Investor Property have always been doing their very best by us. The communication has been great and we are not only told what we want to hear but we are told the truth, which is the most important thing so we can always make our own informed decisions.
I later told a family member of mine about our dealings with Investor Property, they too have since purchased property with the company. They are also incredibly happy with the service they have received and the financial decisions that have been made along the way.
On a whole, I could not recommend Investor Property highly enough to anyone looking to build their property portfolio.

Sydney’s ever-growing property prices pretty much forced us to look elsewhere and with factors of foreseen population growth, combined with future infrastructure resulting in job creation I started looking at the state of Queensland. Those factors accompanied by the general property prices in Qld made this the area we wanted to buy our next investment in.
I did quite comprehensive research on companies that could help our endeavour on purchasing in QLD, and my brother and I came across Investor Property.
Of course, initially, I was still hesitant and cautious, but after numerous conversations and zoom meetings with no real push, just proper discussions about our motivation and goals we put down a $1,000.00-dollar EOI deposit, and within a few months everything was finalised and our townhouse was purchased. The investment has done well in both rental yield and capital growth. We are in the discussions of our next purchase through Investor Property.
My two notable experiences from Mal and Matt are this;
Firstly – They weren’t heavily salesy, they discussed with us that we don’t need 20-30 properties to comfortably retire on just that we need a handful of the right properties to fall back on, and that honesty and confidence helped me form a positive impression of them.
Secondly – My brother and I had a little hiccup with our mortgage broker and finalising the loan, and Matt was not only able to calm my nerves that we would not lose our deposit, but he also actually helped the developer see from our side and easily got us an extension on the settlement date.
Mal is obviously a great boss and leader in his field, I would be happy to purchase with them again and will do in the future but my real commendation was with how helpful Matt was to us and his ability at making us feel like not another number. Something memorable was that we were not allowed to fly up during Sydney’s first lockdown, so Matt walked, filmed, and explained each room, and feature of the townhouse to me, sending numerous videos until we were satisfied with the explanation.
Obviously, not everything is a guarantee but you will have a great opportunity using Matt and Mal, and Investor Property to further your property portfolio.
