Yes, it’s a play on location, location, location… but we figured after the release of our latest property market update, you had that one sorted. 

It’s all well and good to know where to invest but what comes next? No, not ‘what’, but WHY & HOW

In theory there are plenty of opportunities to make money in property in this season. Yet, the art of ‘creating’ money is the ability to maximise the return on investment – how to get the best cash flow on the way through and the highest capital growth. The key is mitigating risk through informed decision making. 

This is what our property market report is all about, blasting through the nonsense of the immediate rhetoric and the ‘now’ market discussion (because we all know you aren’t going to make real money in property in a 12-month period) and making informed decisions on the likely outcomes over a five and 10 year period; with an ability to respond to changes in direction as a result of disrupters.

  • the built form (type, location, builder/developer, risk, due diligence)
