Just as property investment is a journey, our experiences as a company have also taken us on a journey.
Investor Property was the impetus for Direct Collective and Property Vine. Property investment was the starting point. We’ve always wanted to make sure clients were looked after throughout all facets of their property journey which lead us into management rights, which lead into short stay, which then lead into property development support. The more we achieved the more needs we saw to fulfil from first home buyers to selling investment properties back to the market with a dedicated sales division. The maturity of all those elements today is the Direct Collective.

There aren’t too many companies out there that have proven to educate clients to make money leveraging property without it costing them anything and provide a complete solution around everything they need. We’re proud that our model is different, and the proof is in the pudding 20 years on.

We’ve done a lot over the years and the depth of that experience and learning brings us back to the core value of how we can help our clients achieve more and set them financially free while also supporting our community with much-needed accommodation.
