We’re aiming for a winwin

Back in the news again this week, our COO Mal Cayley speaks about the unbelievable statistics surrounding undersupply, displaced renters and what it’s really going to take to solve the rental crisis.

You may wonder why we’re so focused on solving this crisis when these crises conditions drive up prices and rents, and aren’t we in the real estate game after all? Well, while we are in the business of buying, selling, renting, investing and more in the property space, we also deeply care about our Sunshine Coast community and believe there is a way to support people and prosperity.

Where we see great opportunity is in investors supporting the Sunshine Coast community to supply the housing that is so desperately needed in a winwin scenario where people have a home to live in and the investor gets a solid return on their investment. While we work on solving the crisis, we must keep in mind this is a 5-10 year solve to bring the region back to equilibrium which means there is still a 10+ year timeframe for price growth and high returns.

You are part of the solution and while doing good you can also achieve high growth and high returns with the crisis conditions driving high yields for a long time to come.

Additionally, when we plan for real solutions for this crisis, we are working towards influencing lower rates and better incentives for investors which will be of great benefit to all our clients.

We look to the future with a solutions-focused mindset and an AND mentality. We can support the community with housing AND support investors. We can protect the environment AND end homelessness.
